This is a photo-scan of a pipe we siezed that was disguised as a standard car cigarette lighter.  This device unscrewed in the middle to allow the placement of drugs.  There was a small hole in the handle and bottom where it could be smoked.  This "Lighter" does not have a heating element and does not function as a lighter.  It will fit in any standard car socket.
